What makes the location of the house unique is that no other habitation can be seen. What’s more, the house offers magnificent views of the estuary, the Potberg mountains in the distance. The house faces north and is protected from the prevailing sea breezes, and is surrounded by fynbos on three sides and the river in front.
The Mudlark River Front House offers exclusivity to residing guests, with unique decorated private rooms are each separated from each other with their own balcony and on-suite with the main area of the house in the centre accessible by a garden path.
