Owl Cottage is one of those rare finds on the Breede River, a well-equipped and functional
home with the look and feel of “less is more”. Bright open spaces and 360 degree views of the river from anywhere in the house.

You will be greeted with a large porch overlooking the river, a picturesque view that changes
as the day turns into night. Attention to detail ensures all needs are met in the fully-fitted, large kitchen, large bathrooms and bedrooms. The view and porch will bring hours of quality time with friends and family.

There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Open plan kitchen living 6 seat dining and living area with a fireplace. Outdoor 6-seater dining area with braai facility and umbrella.

Lots of space to do as you please. Sunbathing, swimming, boating, launching and mooring facility, skiing, tubing, kayaking, fishing, walking, bird watching, mountain biking, trail biking, board games. Horse rides can be arranged.
